We are looking for a skilled Custodian to join our team and help maintain our facilities. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for performing industrial cleaning duties to ensure that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and break rooms
- Empty trash cans and recycling bins
- Maintain floors by buffing, waxing, and polishing
- Keep inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are low
- Follow all safety procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment

Experience:
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and pressure washers
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
